OUR STORY
Mattson Gleason CPAs was established to fulfill a need for business consultants for Minneapolis start-ups and small businesses. Time and time again, we met small business owners whose existing CPA firm just wasn't cutting it, acting poorly as business consultants and providing the bare minimum in accounting and tax prep service. We set out to change that.
The company was founded in 1991 by Keith Mattson, and acquired by Mark Gleason in 2019. At Mattson Gleason CPAs, our Minneapolis-based small business accountants and consultants focus on accounting, tax planning and preparation with an emphasis on advisory services.
